Because they're having a "blast" at the
First Annual Pokono Ramona Alumni Holiday Get-Together,
held last night in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
The atmosphere was a mix of laughter, excitement and anticipation,
while the recollections of summers past - friends, follies and songs -
were eagerly told, over cocktails and snacks.

The group expressed a determination to hold a
Long Island Get-Together and a Spring Reunion.

I was a Knicks, Rangers, Islanders and Mets fan.
Remember the Miracle Mets of '73?, the Knicks' Willis Reed and Walt Frazier (Clyde). Who didn't try to emulate his behind the back dribbling?
I abandoned the Yankees after the Steinbrenner and Billy Martin "show" became tiresome.
I don't follow sports
Mets, Jets and Knicks--all World Champs from 1968-1970.
